Description
What is Green Coffee Bean?Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not yet been roasted. They have a green hue, unlike the dark brown appearance of roasted beans. The process of roasting coffee beans (used for the coffee drinks most people are familiar with), reduces the amount of chlorogenic acids they contain.
Unroasted green beans are favoured due to the higher level of chlorogenic acids compared to regular, roasted coffee beans.
Chlorogenic acids are well known for having multiple health benefits.Low Caffeine, High Potency Blooms Green Coffee Bean Powder has the added benefit of being decaffeinated.Caffeine stimulates the adrenal glands and increases alertness which may cause restlessness and agitation in some, and may interfere with sleep if taken late in the day or in the evening. The benefits of Blooms Green Coffee Bean Powder are due to the high amount of cholorogenic acids, not the caffeine content.
